30-Day Fitness Challenge - Day Six

Day Six: 
It's time to get back on track.  We've had two days to relax and not worry about getting our 30 minutes in.  Today is a new day!

Tip of the Day: Stay the Course!
It's nice to have two days off, but now we have to jump back in. Figure out when you're going to work out today and get on it!  You can do this!  I know it's not easy to exercise 5 days a week, but it does get easier.

I don't know about you, but I often set up a plan, get everything lined up, and then I don't do it.  Or, I start it and then I give up because it's too much effort.  This 30-Day Fitness Challenge has the potential to be another one of those things you can't cross off the list because you've already given up.  Don't let that happen.  Challenge yourself. Work through the difficulty and accomplish this goal!

The thing about goals is that it's not always easy.  Wouldn't it be nice if we could just snap our fingers and it was done?  Unfortunately, that's not how it happens. Working through the tough parts is what builds character and discipline.  So, you have to determine whether or not you're going to stick it out and stay the course.  I hope you do!

  1. I walked the mall today. I was the sweaty woman pushing the cute baby in his stroller, passing people up, and looking for a board game. I know, random.
