Because...I had HUGE success with watching calories. Because I already know how to eat healthy, I didn't get trapped by the 'low fat' and 'low calorie' gimmick foods. I just ate less and ate GOOD foods. (Steel cut oats, whole wheat pasta if any, fruits and LOTS of veggies, ground sirloin instead of chuck, and lots of chicken and pork chops) I recorded EVERY calorie that came into my body. It was kinda fun. BUT...now that I'm 3 months away from that habit, I've gained 6lbs back. Grrr. Need to stop eating like a fat person and eat like a healthy person again!!<br />As for a bra, I haven't found one I like. But the Champion Jog Bra came highly recommended by a big chested friend years ago. I don't know if I ever found one that I liked though.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13091206341249617247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4365934311323658566.post-50852969218706024342012-02-24T22:43:51.497-05:002012-02-24T22:43:51.497-05:00This may sound cheesy, but I live by the mantra &q...This may sound cheesy, but I live by the mantra "it's not what you eat, it's how much and when." God has given our bodies cravings for good food (no one wants to eat just marshmallows) at the right time. That's my answer to #1. My answer to #2 won't help because I bounce no matter what sports bra I haveGina Cooperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01157263234586243001noreply@blogger.com
